卡的功能：
0-9-号码
Skip-对方不用玩一圈
Reverse-倒反玩
Wild-换成自己选的颜色
Draw Two-叫对方拿两张卡
Wild Draw Four-叫对方拿四张卡
Nothing-跟上一个人出一样的卡

0-9-80（一个颜色一个号码2张）

卡的玩法：
